Information we use

We process your account email, name, community membership, approval status, reservations, service listings, payment references, invitations, support requests and notification preferences to operate community bookings. Stripe handles card entry and connected-account identity verification; Rutine does not collect full card numbers in its forms.

Sharing and service providers

Your community administrators manage membership and bookings. Providers see contact details needed for their booked customers. Platform partners see aggregate activity and their own earnings. We use Supabase for authentication, data and media storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, and Sentry when configured for error and performance diagnostics. Our hosting service processes requests and operational logs.

Storage and notifications

Essential cookies maintain your session. Your bag is saved locally for your account and community. The offline feature stores only a public offline page. Push notifications are optional and can be disabled in account notification settings or device settings. Uploaded listing and branding media are public; do not upload confidential information.

Optional marketing analytics and inquiries

Demo requests and provider applications are saved for team review. An application does not create an account. When configured, Google Analytics may measure public marketing page visits and completed inquiries only after you allow optional analytics. The integration sends page paths and inquiry type, not your form fields or URL query strings. Google may process device and network information as part of that service. You can decline or turn off optional analytics using the control on marketing pages; essential account functionality does not depend on it. Turning it off stops this integration's future collection, but does not erase information already collected.

Retention and your choices

Request account and associated-data deletion in Account settings or at our deletion page. We review open reservations, refunds, and payout obligations before completion. Records required for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations may be retained with restricted access. Contact us to request access or correction and for the retention period applicable to your account.
